Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 24, 2026

1. Who we are

Tended is operated by Integrated Software Solutions ("Integrated Software Solutions", "we", "us"), the seller you are contracting with. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Integrated Software Solutions and govern your use of the Tended application and website (together, the "Service").

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. If you use the Service as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

3. What the Service does

Tended is a personal life administrator. Based on information you provide, it builds and maintains a personalized plan of household responsibilities, reminders, deadlines and document insights across areas such as home, vehicles, health, money, family, pets and documents, and offers an AI assistant that helps you identify what needs attention.

Tended provides organizational help and general information. It is not a professional service. Nothing in the Service is legal, medical, tax, insurance or financial advice, and you should consult an appropriate professional before relying on anything Tended tells you in those areas.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, because reminders and deadlines are only as good as the details you give us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, spam, or infringement of anyone's rights;
  • upload content you do not have the rights to, or use the Service to create illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or content that sexualizes minors;
  • interfere with the security of the Service, including probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, introducing malware, scraping, or attempting to gain unauthorized access;
  • reverse engineer the Service except where such a restriction is prohibited by law;
  • resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the Service; or
  • circumvent plan limits, usage caps, or technical restrictions we put in place.

6. AI features

Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence, including document and notice scanning, life-change checklists, priority recommendations, and the assistant.

  • Your responsibility. You are responsible for the prompts and documents you submit, for how you use the outputs, and for verifying their accuracy before you act on them.
  • Accuracy. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and may miss obligations that apply to you. Always check important dates and requirements against the original document or an authoritative source.
  • Rights. You keep the rights to the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
  • Complaints. If you believe AI output infringes your rights, contact us using the details in the Privacy Notice. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the content. Repeated infringement may lead to suspension of the account responsible.
  • Moderation. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, plan knowledge, design, text and branding, is owned by Integrated Software Solutions and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the documents, details and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely as needed to provide the Service — for example, to read dates from a document you upload or to generate reminders from an event you describe.

9. Payment, trials and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, as described below. Paid plans begin with a 30-day free trial; you provide a payment method when you start a trial, and we charge it when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Plan & billing page or through your payment provider; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and checkout terms are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms, which apply between you and Paddle.

10. Service level

We aim to keep the Service available and working well, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, and we will try to give reasonable notice before making changes that materially reduce what you paid for.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integrated Software Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Your indemnity

You agree to indemnify Integrated Software Solutions against claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or seriously or repeatedly violate our policies. Where practical, we will tell you before doing so. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

15. What happens when your account ends

When your account is deleted or terminated, your plan data, documents and reminders are deleted from our systems in line with the retention periods described in our Privacy Notice. Before that point you can export your plan from the Service at any time.

16. Other terms

  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure. We are not responsible for failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Changes. We may update these Terms. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will notify you through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
  • Governing law. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and of the state where Integrated Software Solutions is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, except where local law gives you a mandatory right to sue elsewhere.

17. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to us through the app or by post to Integrated Software Solutions. Customer service for orders and payments is handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
